We are seeking a FORKLIFT SALES/OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and services we provideTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, promote our new forklift line of equipment.Document and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesManage and control travel expensesDevelop sales and marketing strategies for specific local territory including updating web site listings etcMaintain a weekly call sheet log ?Qualifications:2:5 years of sales experience of forklifts or heavy equipment preferredAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitask, be able to problem solvePositive and professional demeanor a mustExcellent written and verbal communication skills,computer skills definitely a plus Skills and Abilities :College Degree PreferredAbility to be self motivated and willing to go above and beyond for our valued customersValid drivers license Benefits : Company truck and fuel card providedHealth insuranceDental insurance
